Annual General Meeting 2015-16
Good morning,
Dundee Community Transport is pleased to confirm that our Annual General Meeting for the period 2015-2016 will be held on Tuesday 7th February between 11am and 2pm.
We are holding our event at the C-Gate, Dundee Carers Centre, Seagate House, 132-134 Seagate and will be joined by Peter Nurick from V&A Dundee who will tell us more about the new museum and how you can access it as a community.
As part of the official proceedings, we will elect our new management committee. With 9 seats available, standing for election is the perfect chance to have your opinions on community transport in Dundee heard and also make a difference in your local community. If you would like to nominate yourself or an interested party, you can download the Trustee nomination form and return by Friday 3rd February either via email – info@dundeecommunitycars.org – or by post to DCT, Number 10, 10 Constitution Road, Dundee, DD1 1LL.
Places are limited on the day, so please RSVP to info@dundeecommunitycars.org and inform us if you would like to attend along with any access requirements you may have no later than Friday 3rd February. Please note, places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
